Sally King is responsible for delivering Aims 5 and 6 of the World Heritage Site Management Plan - improving access to the Site and improving the offer to visitors to the coast. She is also involved in increasing awareness of the Site and World Heritage and deputises for Sam Rose on management issues when necessary.

Sally was instrumental in developing the Jurassic Coast brand when the Site was designated in 2001, and still keeps a close eye on all things brand related!  She has forged successful partnerships with the other UNESCO sites in the south west and is involved in the Dorset 2012 Transport and Visitor Management sub groups.

In a previous life, Sally developed sustainable tourism initiatives in Wiltshire and before that, spent time in France, Italy and Spain working for Eurocamp and Inghams.  She has a degree in Geography from University of Wales.

In her spare time, Sally enjoys sailing, walking and skiing, as well as exploring off the beaten track both at home and abroad.
