Notes
The RIB is based in Poole Harbour, one of the largest and most beautiful natural harbours in the world. We have various pick up points including Ridge Wharf Yacht marina on the river Frome, Dolphin Haven marina, Poole Quay, all within easy reach of the Solent, Heritage coastline and beyond.

Charter
The RIB is available for
skippered charter only, all equipment to MCA standard, lifejackets and
waterproofs are included in the price.
Skippered Charter
If you would like to
charter the RIB for your own specific requirements it is available for a half or
full day.
Some specific charters may
include treasure hunts in and around Poole Harbour, Poole, Studland and Swanage
bays.
Wining and dining in Yarmouth / Lymington whilst your boat waits. Celebrating birthdays or special occasions, photography boat/viewing platform to watch the start of the BT Global Challenge yacht race, Cowes Week, Trafalgar Week or just about any other water based activity!
Fast Blasts
Head out to the open
water of Poole bay once there it’s flat out all the way across to Yarmouth on
the Isle of Wight.
During the passage you
will have the chance to take the helm and put the boat through its paces,
Once in Yarmouth its time
to sample the delights of one of the many pubs and bars to have lunch, or chill
out before the return trip to Poole. (Shore time approx. 1hr)
On the way home the skipper
will take the helm allowing you to relax or if you wish, a further chance to
practice your doughnuts!
The whole trip will last
around 3.5hrs.
Water Skiing / Wake Boarding
The RIB departs for the
water-ski zone within Poole Harbour ideal due to its sheltered location. You get
the chance to try water-skiing or wakeboarding with top tips from the skipper to
get you looking good fast!
All equipment including
skis, wakeboard, wetsuits and buoyancy aids are included in the price.
The activity lasts 3hrs.
Local Fast Blasts
Depart from Ridge Wharf
Marina and take a scenic trip through Poole Harbour out past Shell Bay into
Studland then on to Swanage Bay. Everyone will get the chance if they wish to
take the helm, stop for great photo opportunities and tie up alongside Swanage
quay in order to grab some refreshments before the return trip to Ridge with the
chance to stop at Poole Quay depending on the time!
The trip will last 3.5hrs
Jurassic Coastal Tours
It’s time to travel
back in time as you head for the open water of Studland Bay.
From Old Harry Rocks (65
million years old) it’s on, past Durlston, the gateway to the Heritage
Coastline. From here we tuck into the limestone cliffs, view the climbers at
Guillemot Ledge, the quarries of Dancing Ledge and Winspit then on to St
Aldhelm's Head and a chance to play in the choppy waters.
Then it’s back to Swanage
Bay where we stop, have a brew or something stronger, a stroll to the end of the
pier before the return trip to Poole Harbour and journeys end.
The whole trip will last
around 3.5hrs.

apply to other activities not the RIB.

Notes
These trips are not
suitable for anyone with serious back, neck or knee injuries, due to the fast
bumpy ride and impact landings after jumping waves.
These boats are designed to
cope with very adverse sea conditions, however for safety reasons and the
enjoyment factor, trips may be postponed to a later date.
