This series of walks offers an exceptional opportunity to really learn about the Jurassic Coast and the people that work to preserve and promote this amazing World Heritage Site.
A walk from West Bay across Lower Jurassic geology to stop at Seatown for lunch before climbing Golden Cap, the highest point on the South Coast of England. On the way to Charmouth we will be met by a National Trust warden who will explain the special landscape and fascinating local history of the Golden Cap estate.The walks in this series can be physically demanding in places, often covering uneven terrain and steep hills. Sturdy footwear should be worn.
