The Big Jurassic Classroom: It's BIG, it's CLEVER and you can be a part of it.
To celebrate the London 2012 Games and the Sailing events that are taking place in Weymouth and Portland, we're inviting all schools to take part in a new and exciting project called The Big Jurassic Classroom.
We want to get every school inspired to take part, all at the same time.
To book a FREE 2 hour teacher training session or for more information on how to get involved in the Big Jurassic Classroom contact us by phoning 01305 224401 or by email on bjc@jurassiccoast.com
We're helping every school in Dorset and East Devon to teach about the incredible World Heritage Site on their doorstep, the Jurassic Coast, and how it relates to the Olympic and Paralympic Values.
The BJC School Report is a monthly e-newsletter showcasing opportunities and outcomes of the Big Jurassic Classroom.
Until July 2012, Primary schools will be able to book the National Trust Jurassic Coastin' Camper Van to come to their school and deliver a range of specially designed educational workshops about the Jurassic Coast.
