At the recent November Board meeting, trustees announced the next round of Jurassic Coast projects to be funded or sponsored by the Jurassic Coast Trust for 2008:
Dr Anjana Khatwa, Jurassic Coast Education Coordinator says "the schools programmes in particular have benefited enormously from previous funding from the Jurassic Coast Trust, without which much of our outreach work would not have been possible. This year's grant means that student teachers will have the opportunity to experience outdoor education within England's only natural World Heritage Site through the funding of placements at Visitor Centres along the Jurassic Coast."
The Jurassic Coast Trust raises funds to support projects through membership, the sale of publications, and specific fundraising projects. We are very grateful for the generosity and support from our Friends, Project and Corporate Sponsors.
