On 14 December 2007 over 140 delegates attended a stimulating afternoon of presentations and discussions at Bridport Arts Centre on the theme of "Arts & Science: the Big Idea".

In May 2007 a unique fossil ichthyosaur (ik-thee-o-saw) found in Charmouth was returned to the Jurassic Coast for a triumphant home-coming tour.

Tracey Guiry has been appointed as Project Development Manager for the exciting Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site Interpretation Centres planned for Exmouth and Seaton.
