On Saturday 29 April, a heliosphere will be descending on Lyme Regis to launch the arts strategy for the Jurassic Coast World Heritage site.

The Big Lottery Fund will be sending a team to Dorset and East Devon next month to review a funding application for a project to support regeneration along the Jurassic Coast.

International judges from the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) will be visiting the Dorset and East Devon Coast World Heritage Site this week as the Jurassic Coast has been shortlisted for the Destination Award at the 2005 Tourism for Tomorrow Awards.
